ASTEROID
FOR LIV.
FIRST GOOD GIRL.
Before the token, before the orbit, there was a 15-year-old girl with a quiet, cosmic kind of courage. Every rock we orbit carries her name.

Liv Perrotto was a pediatric cancer patient with the kind of courage most astronauts would recognize on sight. She designed a Shiba plush — named ASTEROID — inspired by Elon's own dog Floki.
That plush rode SpaceX's Polaris Dawn mission as the zero-gravity indicator, floating at the edge of space. The first good boy in orbit was hers.
Her biggest dream was to meet Elon. Just days before she passed away from cancer, she had the chance to speak with him — but was too tired. Her mother later shared the list of questions she had prepared. The last one asked if Elon would make ASTEROID the official SpaceX mascot.
